RETURN POLICY
Not happy or delighted with our products? Then, we aren't either! We will gladly accept returns on all non customized items if you contact us at info@kahootie.com within 7 days of receipt of your product. We will ask that you send the unused item back in the original packaging and include the packing slip to the address below. Once the item is inspected, we will credit the original card for the amount of the item minus any discounts and original shipping charges.

Received the Wrong Item or Item is Damaged/Defective? UGGHHHH! We try to ensure that this problem does not happen, but sometimes it does. First, we're sorry. Next, please email us a picture of the item at info@kahootie.com within 7 days of receipt of your product. We will send you a shipping label to mail the product back to us and get you a replacement in the mail right away!
