This health and wellness Daily notepad was designed to help you jump creating new healthy daily habits. In order to create a new habit you first need to make it a routine. How do you make it a routine? By writing down specific habits and keep yourself accountable by checking them off when complete. As you continue to do these same daily habits you will eventually build a routine.
DAILY HABITS- choose specific habits and decide when during the day you will accomplish (morning, afternoon, evening). Keep these same habits and track them daily.
DAILY MEAL PLAN- jot down weekly meals and always know whats for dinner at 5pm.
FITNESS ACTIVITY- keep your fitness activity simple at first so you don’t get burned out.
WATER TRACKER- stay hydrated and accountable by checking off each glass of water you drink.
DAILY GOAL- write down a daily goal.
PORTABLE- keep focused and on task by keeping your 8.5" x 5.5" notepad with you during the day.
